The Bosch AXT 25 D

Doing a clear-up around your garden? A garden shredder can be ideal for clearing up waste materials and making them easier to dispose of. Shredded garden material is also great for compost and recycling. At World of Mowers, we offer a number of shredders to choose from.

The Bosch AXT 25 D quiet electric shredder is an ideal solution to excessive garden waste. The improved and optimised drum cutting system means that around 190Kg of material can be shredded every hour, meaning even large piles of waste material can be turned into recyclable mulch and chippings in no time at all.

It also has a cutting capacity of up to 40mm to accommodate the largest of branches and wood panels. The unit also sports a unique removable hopper, to ensure that the shredder is only 67cm high when stored. Plus, the powerful 2500w motor is miles ahead of the competition, and is super quiet at the same time.

The 'cut and crush' cutting system is designed for large volumes of medium sized material such as branches and hedgerows, turning them quickly into chopped material. The engine works quickly despite being low on noise emissions.

The  AXT 25 D also includes a sizeable 53 litre collection box which is easily and safely detachable for transporting shredded material.

As if that wasn't enough, we also offer free delivery to the UK Mainland! At only £309.99, there's no excuse why you can't have your garden cleared up in no time.

Be eco-friendly with Hotties- Eco wood logs at World of Mowers

The importance of being eco-friendly is now being advertised and talked about now more than ever. With such warnings being broadcasted to you every other day, sometimes you may find it hard to try and put the message of being eco-friendly in to action. Here at World of Mowers we like to make things easier for our customers, that is why we have made it more accessible to you to become more eco-friendly.

Hotties are the new generation of eco-friendly wood logs; they have been designed to make your life easier by providing an eco-friendly way to make a hot and easy fire. They are made from highly 100% compressed recycled premium clean wood shaped in the form of a square log that measures 70mm square by 200mm length. This clever design has a handy hole that is placed down the centre of the log to make it easier to burn on fires, stoves, fire pits and chimneys.

This product is competitive with other wood and coal brands and offers great value in comparison as Hotties have a high heat output and a very low moisture content, which works out better value than normal wood and other heat logs. Easy to handle and simple to light, this firewood burns with a steady flame that gives off constant heat which is perfect for campfire nights!

Hotties are perfectly adaptable as they can be mixed with wood or other coal products to create large fires if needs be. The simple design of the logs means that when alight they can retain their shape and not expand providing a significantly longer burning process that is clearly superior when compared to other products. Safety places a huge focus in the design of this product; because of the shape they are also safer to burn with no expansion or cracking so you won’t suffer any injuries due to the natural burning process of these logs.

The wood that is used to make Hotties is 100% clean wood which has been chipped and then dried in a rotating air drier first before being tightly compressed to just 10% of its original mass.

Prices for Hotties start from £5.99 for a 10 X 1KG packet and goes up to 25 X 10 log packs for £146.00, VAT is included in the price and you can also receive free UK delivery. For more information visit our Hotties website page or contact us on 0115 920 0099.
